Avoid applying any kind of products such as hairspray, lotion, perfumes, etc. before or while wearing Velina jewelry. Avoid getting water on the bracelets. Store bracelets with care. Velina bracelets are especially stylish when worn in stacks, but removing bracelets one at a time is highly recommended. All sterling silver can be cleaned, we recommend Silver Jewelry Mist by Realm, Inc.

Payment
Paypal, Visa, MC & Amex are accepted. Checks are not acceptable.

Shipping
All orders in the US are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $6.00. We ship internationally – shipping to Canada is a flat rate fee of $10.00. All other international shipping will vary. Shipping charges include delivery confirmation. Shipping may take between 7-12 business days depending on your location.

Exchanges
EXCHANGE ONLY, within 10 days of receipt. Items are only exchangeable if they are in the same condition they were received. All exchanges will be subject to shipping fees.

Repairs
We highly recommend you follow the General Care policy stated above in order to preserve your Velina bracelet. We cannot repair tarnished or worn charms. If for some reason a repair is needed, contact tina@velinabracelets.com or fill out the form on the ‘Contact’ page, and we will be happy to repair your bracelet free of charge – however, repairs will be subject to shipping fees.
